Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding

Chia seeds expand in liquid forming a pudding-like consistency. It sounds weird, and it may even look weird, but the pumpkin pie flavor packed in this treat will leave you with nothing but joy.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  2. Store in the refrigerator overnight.
