It’s tempting to enjoy the greasy treats with your friends and family, but in the anticipation during the game, a few chips can turn into a whole bag in the blink of an eye. If you made a resolution to live a healthier lifestyle, the food served at bars and watch-parties aren’t easy to fit into your diet. Moderation is key, but with so many options, it’s hard not to derail from your resolution! Thankfully, there are plenty of ways to enjoy the game without completely derailing your diet. Swap out artichoke dip for a healthy option like salsa, guacamole, or hummus for a dose of protein with much less fat and calories. Can’t imagine football without a burger? Whip up some sliders – the smaller portion means less fat and calories.
