Enjoy this “Daylight Saving” Smoothie for an extra boost of energy when we lose an hour of sleep!
2 very ripe bananas, cut into chunks and frozen
2 oz. espresso (or 2 oz. strong coffee) cooled
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
6 oz. milk, plus more as needed
1 tbsp. (heaped) cocoa powder
1 tbsp. agave (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
