Green Energy Morning Smoothie

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
Serving Size: One


  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 2 cups loosely packed kale or spinach
  • 2 tablespoons of protein powder. We suggest whey, but soy or pea protein are great options.


  • Blend apple juice, banana, loosely packed chopped spinach or kale, protein powder and berries
  • Add ice cubes for a thicker texture
  • Blend until smooth
