- 1/2 cup low-calorie Greek yogurt in any flavor (plain, pumpkin, or caramel might work especially well)
- 1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Combine low-calorie Greek yogurt and pumpkin puree using a whisk.
- Add whipped topping and a dash of pumpkin spice.
- Refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.
