This easy yogurt cup is great for a snack at the office or breakfast on the go. Just mix granola with fresh strawberries for an on-the-go treat.

Recipe Serves: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Greek or low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup granola
- 4 oz. glass jar
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Directions
- Add 1/2 cup granola and 1/2 cup Greek or low-fat yogurt into the glass jar
- Mix together and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 3 hours
- Remove from refrigerator and add 1/4 cup blueberries on top
We recommend adding a small serving of nuts or seeds to provide more protein and calories for the athlete who just needs more.
