- 1 cup apple juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 2 cups loosely packed kale or spinach
- 2 tablespoons of protein powder. We suggest whey, but soy or pea protein are great options.

- Blend apple juice, banana, loosely packed chopped spinach or kale, protein powder and berries
- Add ice cubes for a thicker texture
- Blend until smooth
