Sweet potatoes have a higher nutritional value than white potatoes — so they make for a great substitute for French fries and crunchy potato chips.
Swap cornbread for a sweet potato the next time you make chili. High fiber sweet potatoes can fill you up and keep you satisfied longer. In our version, we used a sweet potato as a serving bowl for chili.
