Who said that pumpkin spice can only be enjoyed in the Fall?! Try this oatmeal recipe to spice up your breakfast any time of year.


  • ½ cup skim or soy milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup canned pumpkin
  • ½ teaspoon pie spice
  • 1 Tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 teaspoon agave nectar


  1. Bring milk, water and oats to a boil.
  2. Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in pumpkin and spice.
  4. Top with nuts and agave nectar.
