Ingredients
- ½ cup skim or soy milk
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup rolled oats
- ¼ cup canned pumpkin
- ½ teaspoon pie spice
- 1 Tablespoon chopped hazelnuts
- 2 teaspoon agave nectar
Directions
- Bring milk, water and oats to a boil.
- Simmer and stir for 5 minutes.
- Stir in pumpkin and spice.
- Top with nuts and agave nectar.
