Ingredients
- 18 ounces diced plum tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chopped basil
- 2 1/8 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/8 teaspoons ground black pepper
Directions
- Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Serve with baked pita wedges or
bruschetta toast. - Hold refrigerated at 40 F or below for use.
- Use within 24 to 48 hours.
