After you finish working out, it’s vital to give your body the nutrients it needs to recover. This smoothie recipe is full of protein and vitamins to restore your muscles. In our version, we use Greek yogurt and fruit for natural sweetness.
- 1/4 cup frozen spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 small banana
- 6 oz Greek yogurt
- 6-8 oz of water
Cooking Time: 5 Minutes
Recipe Serves: 1
- Blend spinach, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and water together
- Add ice cubes for a thicker texture
- Blend until smooth
