UPMC Cooks: Tortilizza Snack

Your favorite Italian flavors in a non-greasy, easy-to-prepare roll-up.

Cooking time:3 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 8-inch whole-wheat flour tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce
  • 12 leaves spinach leaves
  • 3 tablespoons shredded part-skim mozzarella

Directions

  1. Place tortilla on a plate and spread pizza sauce over it.
  2. Top with a layer of spinach and sprinkle on cheese.
  3. Microwave until the cheese melts for roughly 45 seconds.
  4. Roll the tortilla up.
